Working with your final customers, you will solve system issues, performing the diagnostics and solving service interruptions.
You will ensure high-quality service to all final customers and will work with other teams to manage the supporting process of the current applications that are in use at the company.
You will manipulate and design databases and will gather the requirements of the final users for new initiatives, coordinating supporting activities, working with third-party vendors and working in the ERP.
QUALIFICATIONS:
4+ years of experience in Customer support for IT Applications.
4+ years of experience in SQL and Oracle Database development and design.
Strong experience in Quantum ERP Solutions.
Strong experience with Tableau & Crystal reports (or similar)
Very solid experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, installing, patching and doing performance grades for an ERP.
