Review documentation (e.g. Business Requirements, Use Cases, User Stories etc.) to ensure completeness from a testing perspective;
Participate in functional and technical design reviews;
Develop QA and/or UAT Test plans and preparing test scenarios, test cases and test data
Prepare test data and scenarios;
Perform functional testing (e.g. landing, integration, functional, system, exploratory, and regression) and non-functional (e.g. performance, security, compatibility, usability);
Estimate test effort(s);

10 years of experience working as a Quality Assurance Specialist/Analyst in a government organization and/or agencies (federal, provincial and Crown corporation).
5 years of demonstrated software testing experience, preparing test plans and strategies, developing and executing test cases and defect management within the last 10 years, as a Quality Assurance Specialist/Analyst on projects that used an Agile and Scrum methodology/approach.
5 years of demonstrated experience testing COTS based solutions within the last 10 years on projects that used an Agile and Scrum methodology/approach.
1-year experience working on the implementation of an ITSM tool
