Information Management Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Define an information architecture model for records on Sharepoint sites
  • Develop and information governance model for Sharepoint records and sites
  • Provide support to end users during migration period
  • Define and issue for approval a strategy that will assist end users with migrating data from old Sharepoint sites the new Sharepoint cloud sites
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • University Degree of College Diploma specializing in Information Management
  • 10 + years of experience managing electronic records
  • Experience designing Sharepoint best practice governance policies for site creation, document lifecycle management, records management, retention, and compliance
  • Must be Eligible for Government of Canada Enhanced clearance
 
DURATION:  9 Months + Possible Extension
