RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Book meetings, complete investment, mortgage and insurance paper work
  • Handling of all incoming inquiries
  • Attend client meetings as required
  • Organize and prepare for all client meetings
  • Administer client files
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years experience in the investment, insurance or mortgage industry
  • Post-Secondary Education in a related field
  • Engaged in interacting with clients, suppliers and partners
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and ACT
  • Having a life and or mutual fund license is an asset
