Our partner in Halifax is looking for driven and autonomous Help Desk Professional that is interested in delivering a product that helps consumers make more intelligent decisions.  If you enjoy seeing almost immediate results from your work, you are looking to join a large company that will help your growth and you fulfill the following qualifications, this is the role for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Open tickets and review ticket history
  • Follow already established procedures
  • Provide Support to Internal Staff
  • Open and close tickets within clients proprietary ticket tracking systems
     
 QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1 – 2 years in a Customer support role in Microsoft environment
  • Experience with Imaging Software
 
DURATION:  3 months + Possible Extension
