Account Executive

Job Summary:
We at NewFound Recruiting provide high quality IT professionals to our clients.  The success of the Sales Professional will be to follow NFR’s best practices guidelines and the ability to work in a fast paced environment (speed to market).

Job Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business leads
  • Build client relationships
  • Manage client accounts
  • Cold call
  • Developing key client relationships
  • Researching and finding new clients
  • Providing the recruiters with detailed job descriptions to be successful in finding the perfect candidate(s)
  • Enter Job Postings in the in house database
  • Negotiating Fee agreements with the clients
  • Quality Assurance calls to extend contracts that are coming to an end
  • 20 client visits on a monthly basis
  • Following up with all candidates placed by meeting with them on a quarterly basis
  • Planning for the next day on a daily basis
  • Keeping up to date with technologies in the IT industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous sales/account manager experience
  • Be proactive and self driven
  • Ability to work alone with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience selling into the Government
  • 2 + years of sales related experience, particularly with IT clients
  • Proficient experience using the MS Office Suite
  • A degree or diploma in business, marketing, IT, or related area
