- Answering of phones/screening of ‘cold calls’
- Greeting employees, contractors and visitors,
- Booking boardrooms when necessary
- Ordering of supplies
- Sorting of mail
- Sending and receiving Purolator/courier packages
- Distribution of faxes
- And other general reception duties.
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite…Outlook, etc.
- Able to learn a few internal software packages
- Bilingualism - Français and English is Mandatory
- Stakeholder Management: experienced in collaborating with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
- Administration: experienced in managing a diverse range of administrative tasks; computer skills
- Minimum 1 – 3 years’ experience in related field of activity
