RESPONSIBILITIES:  
  • Be the owner of the delivery of product and features
  • Define the end to end product supporting the business & customer-centricity strategy
  • Translate the design requirements in actionable plan and technical requirements
  • Drive the backlog for an impactful delivery
  • Lead user testing
  • Be a contributor to the business transformation
  • Provide guidance and support to the journey owner during the research and design phases
  • Ensure synergy with the other parallel journey definition and progress
  • Define an efficient governance for multi-BUs to ensure coherence of improvements on products
  • Define, govern & report success indicators
  • Be an inspirational and motivational people leader
  • Coach the team members
  • Organize and launch a technical field SWAT Team to resolve precise business-related roadblocks
  • Be a change agent & Agile mindset promoter

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience in product management.
  • Experience leading/ Managing a team
  • Experience with Salesforce, Stars and, or Gemini
  • Pertinent experience in managing digital products
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles with strong digital and technical skills
  • Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and questioning existing practices
  • Action-oriented and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Proficiency in English and French both verbally and written
