Head of Product Marketing

  • Translate user needs and insights into innovations
  • Help build and scale a product that delights users and makes an impact
  • Maintain competitive benchmarking and track market trends in personal finance and fintech
  • Responsible to manage the product roadmap through collaboration with stakeholders
  • Manage the product cycle from strategic planning through tactical product development to monitoring outcomes
  • Work with engineering team to build products that drive growth, engagement and retention
  • Lead, coach and grow a talented product and design team
  • Define and drive metrics
  • 6+ years of experience in a Product Management role with a minimum of 2 years leading a team
  • Strong experience in B2C with a strong focus on Consumer needs
  • Strong Data and UX experience
  • Demonstrated track record of developing products that scale
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology
  • Background in marketing, design, mobile, retail, consumer research or engineering
  • Start-up experience or exposure to is a strong asset
  • Strong communication
