Overnight Customer Support Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support technical service team for VoIP solutions 
  • Respond and troubleshoot to outside customers with the ability to escalate
  • Heavy activity on management of the troubleshoot queue

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years experience in a service environment
  • Strong English Communication - French Communication is an Asset
  • Rotating shift work
  • Strong Computer Skills - Windows/Linux, Internet Browsers, Microsoft Office
