Marketing Database Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for segmentation, creative proofing, communication to internal departments and external agencies for marketing campaigns
  • Develop database/direct mail programs that produce incremental revenue and repeat business
  • Maintain and update existing reports on a daily basis.
  • Maintain accuracy of the customer database by tracking returned mail and duplicate accounts.
  • Ensure the quality of the data 
  • Manage Direct Mail budgets
  • Work closely with the Advertising team to coordinate and execute email campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Post-Secondary diploma in Business, or Advertising/Marketing 
  • 5+ years’ experience in data management.
  • Experience in database structures and creating queries. 
  • Experience working with a CRM
