Marketing Database ManagerOttawa, ON
- Responsible for segmentation, creative proofing, communication to internal departments and external agencies for marketing campaigns
- Develop database/direct mail programs that produce incremental revenue and repeat business
- Maintain and update existing reports on a daily basis.
- Maintain accuracy of the customer database by tracking returned mail and duplicate accounts.
- Ensure the quality of the data
- Manage Direct Mail budgets
- Work closely with the Advertising team to coordinate and execute email campaigns.
- Post-Secondary diploma in Business, or Advertising/Marketing
- 5+ years’ experience in data management.
- Experience in database structures and creating queries.
- Experience working with a CRM
