Facilities Coordinator

  • Assist with all Facilities related activities
  • Assist with reconfigurations, new hire setup, moves, floor plans, furniture requirements
  • Coordinate preventative building maintenance, security and surveillance schedules
  • Report deficiencies and recommend areas for improvement to management
  • Respond to staff inquiries
  • Co-ordinate service calls & liaise with staff and contractors to ensure minimal effect on business operations
  • Ensure maintenance and continued operation of mechanical systems
  • Provide Administrative support for the Department
  • Respond to Facilities and building emergencies 24/7
  • University or College diploma and/or equivalent experience in providing Facilities related services in a similar business environment
  • 2 + years working as a Junior Facilities Manager
  • Understanding of building systems, HVAC, etc.
  • Must be proficient with MS Office
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
