General Accountant / Payroll Specialist

  • Prepare monthly financial statements and analysis
  • Process sales invoices
  • Process payroll for 50 employees
  • Process accounts payable transactions
  • Analyze and review sales transactions
  • Participate in monthly management meetings
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts
  • Generate budgets and financial forecasts
  • Monitor and make recommendations as to improvements in accounting policies and procedures
  • Accounting certification (CPA) or equivalent
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be able to meet deadlines
  • Ability to cooperate and work in a team environment
  • Must have five years of relevant experience
  • Strong in accounting software such as QuickBooks
