Service Desk Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Interact with customers - diagnose, validate and log potential issues for a full range of products and applications
  • Provide the customer with a solution through information gathering, analytical trouble shooting and problem research

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge of Windows, mobile devices, printing and networking
  • Post-Secondary Education in a related field
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is mandatory
